A source close to Lindsay Lohan tells Pop Tarts that she refuses to accept that she is going to jail, and immediately started seeking out a new attorney following the court hearing on Tuesday, in which she was sentenced to 90 days behind bars for violating the terms of her probation, stemming from her 2007 DUI arrests.
